Who we are

TUKO EV sells electric-vehicle charging equipment through tukoev.com and tukoev.eu. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in your market's currency and exclude shipping and tax, which are calculated at checkout. The “TUKO Direct” price is what you pay. Any “after your rebate” figure is an estimate of a utility or government program that pays you, not us, after installation; it is not a discount from TUKO EV and we do not guarantee that a program will pay. Orders of five or more units of one product are quoted individually.

Rebates and incentives

We identify programs from published sources and show you the steps to apply. Programs change, funds run out, and eligibility depends on your utility's rules, the charger's certification status and your electric rate. Confirm eligibility with the program before relying on an amount. Applying is your responsibility; we do not file claims on your behalf.

Installation and safety

Wall-mounted and DC chargers must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical code. Certification status (CE, UL/ETL, ENERGY STAR) is shown on each product page; where a listing is marked pending, the product may not qualify for programs that require it.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Return and warranty terms are provided with your order confirmation; contact support@tukoev.com before returning anything.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country or state.
